You're not just burned out. You're in the wrong role.

Four weeks of structured exercises and 1:1 workshops. You leave with one clear career decision and a 90-day plan that I help you execute. Whether it’s a new role or your own business.

01 / the problem

“I can’t do another week of this.” You say that every Sunday.

“It’s 11 pm on Sunday. Again. I should be sleeping. Instead, I’m running the same conversation in my head.

I have a mortgage. Kids. A partner used to this income. I can’t just walk away. But staying isn’t an option either.”

Does this sound familiar?

02 / the 100 doors

You don’t have a career problem. You have 100 options. 99 aren’t yours.

A new job. Another promotion. A sabbatical. A coach who tells you to visualise your goals. None of it works. They all just hand you more options.

Picture a round room. 100 doors. 100 directions your life could take from here.

Some are a new role you’d look forward to on Sunday. Some are the freelance practice your friends keep telling you to start. Some are the business you’ve been sketching at 11pm for two years.

Most are fear dressed up as ambition, nostalgia dressed up as a plan, or what your parents wanted for you 20 years ago.

Only one is actually yours.

My job is to close the 99 that aren’t. Then we open the one that is, together, on purpose, with full information. And I stand next to you while you walk through.

03 / what this is

What this isn’t

  • Therapy
  • A course
  • Group coaching
  • Vague advice dressed as “mindset work”
  • A recruiter finding you the next corporate job
  • A productivity hack to survive where you are

What this is

  • A 4 to 8 week 1:1 intensive
  • One specific decision, not ten more options
  • A clear next move: a new role, a freelance practice, or your own business
  • A 90-day execution plan you actually run
  • A coach who has been in the cage and got out
  • A guarantee: complete the work and walk away with the decision and the plan, or we keep going until you do. No time limit.
04 / the method

Four phases. One decision. A plan that actually runs.

Not a self-study course. Not a workshop you forget. Not a roadmap built for someone else. Every phase uncovers what actually got you here and how you really want to work and live. Until only one logical direction remains.

Phase 1

The audit

We pull your current life apart with surgical honesty. Not symptoms. Causes. Role, energy, values, money, relationships, identity. Why you ended up in this exact loop, and what the version of you who built it was optimising for at the time.

What’s included
  • Nine-dimension life diagnostic
  • Three side-by-side life trajectories
  • Your real non-negotiables, ranked
  • Three financial models: floor, stable, free
Phase 2

The trajectory

We move from inventory to diagnosis. The exact gaps that are costing you the most, the behaviours quietly supporting or undermining where you say you want to go, and the way you actually show up at your best, and under pressure.

What’s included
  • A 90-day urgency reframe
  • Gap analysis where it costs you most
  • Behavioural inventory: stop, protect, scale, start
  • Your operating profile, calm and under pressure
Phase 3

The decision

99 doors close. One stays open, designed around how you actually work and what you now refuse to repeat. We make the call on purpose, with full information, with reasoning you can defend to yourself at 3am and to your partner at dinner.

What’s included
  • Your own definition of success
  • Detailed life-design parameters
  • The five experiences that have to define your lifetime
  • Where love, skill, need and pay converge
Phase 4 and beyond

Execution

A 90-day plan with weekly milestones, built around the way you actually work. Accountability sessions until the decision is not just made on paper. It shows up in your calendar. In your inbox. In the conversation you finally have with your partner on Sunday night.

What’s included
  • Commit to one direction, close the others
  • A mission statement for difficult days
  • Identity-based commitment architecture
  • A real prototype, then 30 / 90 / 365 day targets

Phase 5, 6, 7, 8, 9…

Four phases from now, the fog is gone. You know which door is yours and why. Then we keep going, for as long as it takes to walk through it without torching your mortgage, your family, or the reputation you’ve built.

30 min clarity call · no pitch.

★ The promise

Complete the work. Walk away with one clear decision and a 90‑day plan. If you don’t, I keep going at no extra cost. No time limit.

One condition: you show up and do the work.

I’ve been in the cage. I got out. You can too.

Eight years at Red Bull International. Coaching elite athletes & producing the viral videos you know from social media.

Then I built a 7M€ indoor surf arena in Berlin from scratch. 120 employees at the peak. Investors. Press. The whole thing.

And then I burnt out hard enough to let it all go. Felt lost for a while. Hoped surfing real waves would heal me.

What actually healed me was building a system for myself that made me understand exactly how I wanted to live and work.

And whilst I was executing that, I taught it to my friends, ex‑colleagues and clients, until it finally clicked for me.

This is what I am here for. Help people get the clarity to create an intentional & free life for themselves, while pursuing my own dreams.

Freedom is the absence of fear.

07 / the fit

This will work for some of you. Not all of you.

Book a call if…

  • You’re a senior manager, director, or executive earning €90 to €250k.
  • You’ve quietly thought about making a change every Sunday for a while.
  • You’re ready for real change, not a lateral move with a slightly better title.
  • You can invest in yourself now, with time, money and energy.
  • You’re financially stable enough that the decision isn’t made by panic.

Don’t waste either of our time if…

  • You want a recruiter to find you the next corporate job.
  • You want a quick fix and refuse to look at root causes.
  • You’re looking for a productivity hack to survive where you are.
  • You want someone to validate a decision you’ve already made badly.
  • You think the answer is a mindset shift, not a structural change to the life you’ve built.
08 / the faq

Fair questions. Direct answers.

What if I have no idea what I want?

That’s most people who book. “No idea” isn’t a disqualifier, it’s the starting line.

How long does it actually take?

4 to 8 weeks. About 4 to 6 hours of self-work per chapter plus a 3-hour 1:1 workshop per chapter. We go as fast as the decision needs, not faster.

Online or in person?

Online by default (video calls). In person available depending on where I am. Usually Berlin, Cape Town, or Tarifa.

What does it cost?

It’s priced like a premium 1:1 program, not a course. We discuss the specific number on the clarity call, once I understand your situation and which tier fits. Three tiers. 3k, 6k, 10k. We pick together.

Is there a guarantee?

Yes. If you complete the work and don’t walk away with a clear career decision and a 90-day execution plan, we keep going at no extra cost until you do.

What’s the clarity call actually like?

30 minutes. I ask you specific questions. You answer honestly. By the end, you know whether we’re a fit. You don’t owe me anything.

The clarity call

You’ve thought about this for long enough. This call is the start of the change.

30 minutes. No pitch. No pressure. By the end, you’ll walk away with more clarity than before, and we’ll both know whether we want to work together.
